Do they allow you to own skin care stuff or cosmetics in women's prison?

Me and my friend are having a little debate. She said Paris Hilton is going to have a rough time because they dont allow cosmectics or lotions or skin care stuff. you have to use what they have. But I dont see why they wouldn't allow you to have something as simple as face soap or lotions....Do they allow you to own skin care stuff or cosmetics in women's prison?
No you can't bring in anything that is liquid. Who's to say that that isn't some type of potential toxic liquid? (Think of the new security precautions when flying.)Do they allow you to own skin care stuff or cosmetics in women's prison?

Why would they? Who are you impressing when you are in prison? I'm sure there are prisons that would allow it though and some that wouldn't.
um...IT'S PRISON. They are strict and just because Paris is some so-dumb-it's-sad celebrity doesn't mean she should get special treatment.
